Does not connect
Works fine in computer but does not connect from ipad
App no longer works.
After an update the app asks me to log in to my my loud account again with a pop up browser window. I hen I input my details and log in just shows an error page telling that the error was automatically tracked and throws me back to the log in page. Haven’t been able to log in for weeks and weeks. Would not recommend the app at all.
If only it played all movies in a folder …
Great app ruined because it won’t play all media files in folder. Instead it plays one and then you have to manually select the next one. Please can you add this feature to the app?

Controls
I think the app is amazing and works well but my only complaint would be that I am not able to use the controls to rewind or forward any movies that I am watching, every time I try to it just jumps back to where it was before doesn’t matter if I use the app or controls for the tv I am streaming to, please fix this issue
App no longer works
After it stopped working I uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. Keeps asking for first and last name then fails in a continuous loop.
Rarely works
A buggy app that often throws me out of my own files or requires constant log ins - even this doesn’t work on many occasions- buy something else
Simply AWFUL!!! Don’t buy…
Still no simple copy & paste function, pathetic NAS!
If only it streamed all files in a folder …
As things stand this app only plays the video or audio file which you have selected. Why can’t it play all the videos in a folder, one after another, like other media players do? Seriously WD how difficult can it be to implement this essential feature?
