My M1

There are errors viewing bill. Errors viewing payment. The entire app is so buggy and there is no where else to see the broadband bill from M1. There is no web version to view as well. Pls fix this.

What happened? Been encountering an error message that service is unavailable - please try later. Totally unacceptable!!!

Previous app allows me to see all my M1 billing items. This new app does not display what constitutes my entire billing for the month. It sends me to its website and sign on again to if i wish to see the full bill - what is wrong with M1? Did M1 developer forget about this in new version? Worse, when you wants to pay through credit card, it hangs. It happens every month. Goodness!!!!!

Used to be able to view all accounts under my name. Now totally cannot. Upset with this changes. Might as well don’t change.

I am having difficulty logging in even after changing my password, and I keep receiving error code M9006. Can you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

What’s is |^-^|true?? auto added to my pw when i tried to login? Shld i add this to my password? And replied I read🤦🏻‍♀️. ‘Not the first unhappy customer’. Sound so arrogant; issues not solve.🙄🤮

Cant even login, the most basic function of an app

The M1 app don’t seem to be working. It keep showing error message. Lousy app, not sure why I need to download 2 different M1 app for my accounts

I got one number under corporate account, why i cannot see my bill anymore?
