Simple but effective!
Great and friendly way of keeping track of your food intake, whether it’s to lose weight, gain it or monitor which ingredients you’ve had when your tummy started to act up. The app is flexible and does not try to force certain timings or a set amount of meals a day on you.
Only bit of feedback I would have is that it would be great if you can adjust the date and time you ate the food when you upload the picture. If I’m uploading pictures from yesterday because I didn’t have time to do it before, it will automatically show as having eaten it today. If that could be fixed, the app would be a 10/10 for me!!

A great way to track food without counting calories
I really love this app! I’m intermediate fasting but also want to watch what I eat to lose weight and get healthier. Counting calories triggers me to be obsessed with the numbers, so I really love the concept of using the tags and pictures because I visually see my day without the burden of logging every detail! It helps me choose the right foods and I feel more productive in improving my diet

Great concept!
I’ve been beta testing the app and it’s such a great concept. I love that it’s more about getting you to think about what you’re eating rather than just counting calories and berating yourself. It’s already getting me to challenge myself when I’m eating just for emotional reasons rather than hunger and I’m excited to continue using it, and see how it continues to help me down the line.
