Resumen: App aceptable, función chrome cast a mejorar.
Nota: Todo esta en inglés año esperes otro idioma.
Slow and cumbersome navigation
I love the content but finding the videos you have watched, exploring and buying classes is not easy. I love the pace and quality of the content a stark contrast to the content recommended on YouTube.
User interface sloppy
The content is ok but the video controls are sloppy I sometimes close a video I’m watching by mistake and when I reopen it it didn’t save the watching progress!
An accessible watching history would be welcome to catch up on things. The "my shows" tab doesn’t update or I don’t know why it doesn’t show my recently watched videos. It’s confusing
Nice platform, user experience needs improvement
I’ve supported this platform since I knew of it. I love the philosophy and contents. However from a customer standpoint, I think it needs serious improvement. It takes ages to launch, I cannot use it through Apple TV (reason unknown since the app exists), it stops suddenly for no reason, you name it. Ends up being annoying. Hope you guys do some serious work on it, otherwise it will hardly be able to take off.
Room for improvement
While the content and philosophy of the platform is great, the user experience of the app leaves a lot to be desired. It takes too many seconds to launch, the UI is sluggish and doesn’t always feel native, it doesn’t handle network connectivity properly...
I hope they manage to iron out these issues in the future!
Gets the job done
It serves the purpose of watching the videos, but I miss features like: sending to Chromecast, changing stream quality, comments and picture in picture.
It needs many improvements for a paid App
Having to log-in every time I open the App is really annoying. Also, the app takes lots of time loading when opening. In terms of content, I would promote more exclusive videos and limit those that are already on YouTube for free.
Love the creators, playback not so much.
Try scrubbing a video forward or backward more than 5 minutes and it completely breaks the playback. I have to close out of the app and re-open it to get it working again.
100% worth it
High quality indy films game shows and journalists. Very cool
Trouble moving around videos
When I fast forward or rewind through videos the app often simply stops and stops working. Watching the video straight through works but trying to fast forward or rewind to where i left off on a video or to a certain spot to rewatch is difficult.
