I’m trying to afford continuing with buying this coffee for my Nespresso but I’m frustrated with never being eligible for discounts or sleeves with promo codes. I qualify for them but comes up no you don’t. I purchased nine sleeves and many promo codes for 9 or more, then over 75$ and I’m over but codes don’t work. It shouldn’t be this hard to get some benefits for being a good customer.
Took me forever to place an order. Never had this problem before!
App is very intuitive and is so easy to use. After a couple of uses it learns your tastes and coffee desires and offers suggestions based on those things. Now my order process is 3 to 5 minutes and I’m out. And if you don’t want to mess with that you can set up recurring orders. Definitely a 5 star experience.
It’s been three years and the app still won’t upgrade the firmware on my machine. Every time it says a firmware update is needed, every time it says it will happen at night, every time it doesn’t happen…

Used to be terrible… but over time have improved and progressed from “hateful” to now just “mildly annoying.” There is still room for improvement and still too many “I agree with” checkout boondoggles that will send you back to step one if you miss one, but now you can at least select and order your coffee feeling reasonably sure it’s on the way.
I am happy with the app, but wish it had the capability for account holders to make notes or apply personal ratings to flavors. I don’t recall which ones I like or don’t care for. I would prefer to keep notes about them in the app vs in a note on my phone. These would be visible only to the viewer.
App is notably slow and buggy in its machine connections. The shopping feature isn’t fully compatible with Safari (apparently a backend issue as desktop Safari isn’t reliable either, although Microsoft Edge works well).
I use the Nespresso app exclusively to buy coffee pods and that means I use it about 6-7 times a year. It’s always easy and I’ve never encountered a glitch.
It’s been like 6 MONTHS and the app continues to crash every time I try to complete the order & pay. I assumed it would have been fixed by now but no! There’s no point in downloading the app. Stick to using the website to order your pods
