Not very user friendly
The user interface is not very modern. No support to Siri Shortcuts or HomeKit kills the experience on Apple devices, especially when you are used to the convenience of HomeKit.

Problem to connect
When WiFi router settings changes done, not able to connect
Does not detects carbon monoxide
My nest does not detects carbonmonoxide but only smoke. Also the app does not responds quickly and not able to silence via app even I am in the same room. Message says can’t silence due to location issue. Does not work the same as seen on the product demo video. Overall okay.

Just a recommendation you could have a camera with a 360 degree rotation and an on & off button for the customers to operate that option. In the present camera, we need to rotate manually. Thanks Shweta
