Français épouvantable
App pas très facile à utiliser. Et traductions françaises de très mauvaise qualité.
No way to contact the assistance and fix my problem.
I am trying to reset my password to reconnect to my frame but the system (option I forgot my password) will not send me any link and when it did once the new password was not taken into account at my next sign on. Right now I just cannot upload any new picture on my frame. This is ridiculous.

Bonne réactivité du service après-vente qui m’a répondu rapidement et m’a transmis un nouveau chargeur. Mon cadre photo numérique fonctionne à nouveau.

Couple of days ago I contacted the customer service due to some issues I had with my frame. The head of customer service helped me so much and so quick ! I’d love to thank the customer support team and Joe in specific!

Je tiens à féliciter leur Service après vente, j’ai un petit soucis avec mon cadre au bout 15 mois, il me l’on remplacer sous 15 jrs et remboursé les frais d’envoie. Cela fait plaisir de savoir qu’il y a encore des entreprises qui se préoccupent de leurs clients... Merci Alfred et Nixplay ...
