More user friendly, better design and upload speed is much faster, can see my photos on frame within 1 minute
Much easier to Look at!
The app seems to be working faster. The navigation is easier to read which makes the commands of the application easier to execute. It’s also beautifully put together. Would like to the ability to curate friends and family community through the app. Good work NIXPLAY Design Team!

Recently needed support with setting up a frame for my mother-in-law as I did something wrong initially. Reached out to customer support via email, and was helped by Joe. Great support by Nixplay!
I was having issues with a Nixplay frame that was paired to an old account. JD (tech support) helped with the pairing to my new account. It was complicated and not something I could do on my own. JD was great in getting the problem solved quickly. I really appreciate JD’s great customer service.

I worked with the most dedicated tech guy by the name of Martin for the last few days!!!! Although originally, I was frustrated to not receive a live phone call for assistance, Martin worked hard and efficiently to resolve my concerns by email. Thanks to his precise written instructions and his efforts to restore my faith in NIXPLAY I am now a SUPER HAPPY NIXPLAY Framer! Martin!!!! You did good! I thank you and my 94 year old dad gets to enjoy his family photos once again! Happy New Year!
Skylight is much better
I have Skylight and Nixplay and Skylight is much easier to use. Everyone can upload photos to one shared album— you don’t have to create albums and playlists. Skylight was so easy to set up and have everyone use. I wish we had bought a second Skylight as a gift instead of this.
Could use improvement
Wish list: 1) ability to move individual photos from one playlist to another in one step 2) ability to crop or adjust orientation of photos in app 3) ability to “push” any photo to display immediately
