Omio: Train, bus and flight

I had a bad experience with Omio. They don’t have a human support. Just a generic FAQ stupid robot answering your problem. My train has been cancelled and there’s no way to get back the refund. Contacted the train provider but they asked to get the refund from Omio. My advise is just use Omio for price comparison and BUY FROM THE transportation provider. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I had used the app for a first booking from Karlsruhe to Toulouse. The booking was then changed to a departure time 5 hours prior to the notification: hilarious - but soooo annoying… never again!

I am sorry to say these things. I usually say positive words for one App but this App has lots of bugs and uses worsted airlines which are apparently priceless but in reality they would be more expensive than other Apps and airlines especially Rayanair which is a burglar. They take all of your money and in return no practical service they have.

Once you made the booking the fare change with additional charges. The ticket that you purchased you can never change the date and won’t be able to canceled, if you cancel they will burn your money. If you wanted to purchase ticket with refundable or adjustment you need to pay double which doesn’t make any sense meaning omnio will still eat your money for the full price of your ticket. Customer service will never reply to your email if you ever asking for assistant. The apps can never be trust.

I recently used this app to book my train tickets. It was very easy and accessible. I love it.
