They dont let me use any voucher

Twice in the last two days, I’ve had drivers that accept a ride and then cancel on me telling me I was too far away for them to pick up or telling me I had to come to them or they would cancel on me. This is irresponsible. On top of that there’s no way for me to write these drivers because once they cancel on me, there’s no way for me to rate them. To add insult to injury after the driver cancels, the app sends a message that said the driver had something very important to do. Just five minutes ago a driver canceled on me and it sent this message immediately thereafter. I saw the driver that I’ve been looking for it for the past 10 minutes who had made me walk to him for 10 minutes. He had three other passengers in his car that he had picked up. I stopped him and asked him why he had canceled on me and he told me and no in certain terms that I was in the wrong. This is terrible service from a driver and terrible service from Patel given that there’s no way for me to rate this driver.

i’ve paid the delivery man yet in the app it says i haven’t paid and on top of that i got my order wrong too and theres nothing they can do about it, extremely bad service

Passenger safety is zero and means nothing to Pathao team. I had horrible experience with a pathao car driver in October 2023. I raised a complaint about it. All they did was called me several times to know the incident and i had to repeat multiple time. Its October 2023 and I still haven’t heard from them regarding the incident.

Took the option to rent a car of prime intercity standard for upcoming schedule and got one of their driver who accepted the deal. Later in the morning of the fixed date called me and offered me to travel with another driver having very low quality car. Very well played scam. Stop cheating people.
