Pathao

Lack of food delivery men, lack of riders causing a delay in everything. I have tried ordering food on two consecutive days and it was repeatedly cancelled. If you can’t hire enough workers to do the job why even bother having a whole app running to disappoint.

I searched for taxi. The price on Yango is 250 but on pathao it. Is 500 .. So expensive for daily usage.

Company delays too much for any response or report or complaint

It was raining heavily yesterday in Nepal, and disasters were happening in many areas. The actual fare was supposed to be 278, but the app showed 770. I was in an emergency, so I had no choice. It’s really disappointing that during such difficult times, when people are struggling, these ride-sharing apps take advantage instead of helping.

Really bad it never works when you actually need it especially the car bike somehow is better but really disappointed by their services and price

Its raining, i am out door currently on data. Have to call for a ride but pathao whats me to update to use it. The update is 122 MB and its taking for ever to download. This is such a bad experience.
