Addition of bKash digital payment is great, but I’m never able to use it at the end of ride cuz almost every time the payment page never loads and I have to wait forever. It would be easier if Pathao could manage the payment on their side after I confirm the digital payment instead of me having to put in my pin everytime
I’m truly glad that even in Nepal we have these kind of great apps. It makes our lifestyles easy and fun.
Not good got terrible service 😭 Do not recommended.The drivers were very rude and even sent a complaint on me accusing me of cursing and many more.(just my opinion)

I never get any promos at all on bike rides and rider don’t accept as well plus how come i start my ride in one price and when it ends the price increases
EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE all riders r offline none is accepting
