Works perfectly for me I used the moto drivers Really good and respectful I don’t put 4 ⭐️ because there are some addresses the application does not find French user 🇫🇷

Also, give penalties to the driver for not leaving their 4G connected. It’s really annoying to never see where they are at.

Hi there are some big problem on your IOS software. When I try to login with OTP, every time is crash. It’s very annoying and I can’t even login.

They dont let me use any voucher

Twice in the last two days, I’ve had drivers that accept a ride and then cancel on me telling me I was too far away for them to pick up or telling me I had to come to them or they would cancel on me. This is irresponsible. On top of that there’s no way for me to write these drivers because once they cancel on me, there’s no way for me to rate them. To add insult to injury after the driver cancels, the app sends a message that said the driver had something very important to do. Just five minutes ago a driver canceled on me and it sent this message immediately thereafter. I saw the driver that I’ve been looking for it for the past 10 minutes who had made me walk to him for 10 minutes. He had three other passengers in his car that he had picked up. I stopped him and asked him why he had canceled on me and he told me and no in certain terms that I was in the wrong. This is terrible service from a driver and terrible service from Patel given that there’s no way for me to rate this driver.
