Will not use their ride service again- do not recommen. They calculated the wrong route and overcharged me, even the driver was confused. The same route cost half price on Uber. When i submitted complaint they did not address this and told me I was wrong (i checked- nope).

The app is amazing. Thankyou. However, having a specific text box where the user can give feedback would make is so much better. The default selection of feedback is pretty useless. At times, the rider are weird, or do something else and having an option to elaborate it would make it so much easier. This flow of having to select report issue and then being able to do that is frustrating as a user.

Its a great honor for us to get the such opportunity for getting the satisfactory service . We are thankful for having this organization who is supporting the life of more than 3000 people i wish for more success in upcoming days

They breach customer info... nobody should use this app ..

Not good got terrible service 😭 Do not recommended.The drivers were very rude and even sent a complaint on me accusing me of cursing and many more.(just my opinion)

10% only can see exactly location

Worst service it’s been half hour ur odder is ready & on the way And takes 3min but when I call they told me it takes again 20 minutes what kind of service is this. @pathaofood?
