Undoubtedly they are one of the worst service provider in Bangladesh in terms of solving customer problem! I booked a ride for Pathao Parcel, the payment was in digital mode, the rider requested the money and I made the payment, it was charged as I choose sender to be the payer. My money was charged immediately but the rider called and refused to take the parcel as I made the payment digitally, he also raised his voice because of the digital payment. After that I tried to claim the money from the app, ut fot no help, then I called their customer helpline where I had to wait 11 mins to get the respresentative and all they did was took the complaint. 2 days passed I haven't got the money back. Also they charged almost half of the price of the package in their helpline call. The most sad part is the parcel was for my best friend who was leaving for UK yesterday. I prepared a gift for him. But I failed to send it on time due to their neglegancy. Because as soon I took another ride on other platform he left for the airport.

The amount of harassment I have been subjected to during the last two days while seeking Pathao's services is beyond words. Their drivers keept me in waiting for 15-20 minutes and then cancel the trip. Call & demand more money than the fixed fare. If someone is carrying some luggage (2 people + less than 20kg) they demand extra money and when I refuse to pay, they cancel my trip and leave. Sometimes the drivers arrive at the pickup point and leave without calling. All of these have happened to me in four trip requests in the last two days (09/04/2024 & 11/04/2024). Most importantly, there is no options to report these drivers. In the end I had to take the service of the foreign company Uber, and I am very satisfied with their service.
Product prices are not up to date, also the product list is misleading! Every time its really confusing what should be the actual amount that needs to be paid to the rider because the app shows something and the rider informs prices are different!!
