I have been facing issue from last 10 days but not able to connect with the support team email it many times no reply

The Update KYC button is not working. When I click it, nothing happens.
Paytm doesn’t care about end user experience. I have been a Paytm customer for around 10 years now and very recently I had by mistake transferred an amount of 887 Rs to a incorrect merchant. Surprisingly even after reaching to Paytm support team to share merchant’s full phone number for me to reach out I didn’t get any help or response and instead was told Paytm doesn’t keep merchant details. It was even more shocking given per law & regulation any financial transaction end to end has to be recorded by platform enabling that financial transaction with both full sender and receiver details. Can someone in the Paytm team pls look into my concern and help?
I’ve been attempting to login to my account and I’m unable to do anything. I’ve followed their instructions and I just don’t know how to get access to my account anymore. There is no human interaction for customer support as well. They also only allow 3 attempts for the day before your access is blocked for the entire day so you’ve to try the next day. Used to be one of the best apps, but I’m not sure anymore.
Me I am an NRI don’t have Indian mobile no. My mom is all by herself and I want to pay bills. Can’t use this. I visit regularly India still I cannot use as I don’t have India phone number unfair.
I have been trying to get a response on my paytm postpaid for more than ten days now. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I have been asking for a response everyday. And there is no other number I can contact. Absolutely disgusted. Will definitely shift to Google pay.
I can’t even change the country phone number it’s +91 when I’m in English it’s obviously ++44 Please fix this and will make it 5 stars
Following a recent update, when you select scan and pay, no historic/recent payment to vendors are showing. They either have to be in your contacts already or you need to be able to scan their QR code. Before, if you had a vendor home deliver, the historic list of payments made could be used to quickly select the vendor and pop in the new payment value. Now the only historic record does not allow you to make a new payment. today I didn’t have the vendor details saved, nor did the delivery boy have the QR code. Hence no payment made via Paytm. Had to go ‘old school’ and pay in cash
