Every time I scan the QR code or manually enter the number code from my console, it always shows “Can’t sign in”. I just don’t get the problem here. I am using the same Wi-Fi connection, and both systems are updated. This kind of experience is not good, especially when purchasing digital games. Such a shame.

Hey playstation, i’ve been experiencing an issue where my recently played games won’t update or refresh and its been like this since the month of march, can you please do something to fix this if you can?

I tried switching account but now, I am stuck in “Verify Email” page, I don’t even have an option to just leave the account I’m trying to login, it does take give me an option to just switch back to my primary one. I already tried all things, uninstall - install, restart my phone. The only thing I haven’t done is to create a new apple account but I won’t be bother doing that.

Since iOS 16.5.1 the PS app icon on iPhone homescreen always has a red 1 or 2 in the top right corner. It stays there even when you have no new notifications. I check on app and on PS4 but nothing new, yet the annoying red number stays there. I temporarily fixed it by signing out but shortly after signing in and exchanging messages with friends the icon is always there. It's very annoying, been using this app for year or more with no issues. It is a really useful app so I'm glad it exisis, but if they could fix this issue that would be great. No support option on the link given here in app store so I'm posting it here hoping someone could see this at Sony and pass it to the App department. I have also tried rebooting iPhone, clearing message cache in PS app, and signing out of PS app. Like I said this behavior only started with 16.5.1. Thanks 🙏

When I first played on my PS5, it was great! But when I downloaded the PS app so I could play Goat Simulator on my Phone, I logged into my account, and none of my games were there. Please let us sync devices when on the same account.

Can't find the capture button on the app where all the ss and saves videos link. I tired every troubleshooting possible no use still the capture section is missing. Lame

The app is great for checking out games on the go but it would be great to have the search tab on the top or on the left rather than the right. Also sorely needs a landscape mode for iPad users
