Very bad it locks from time to time and doesn't accept the password and the help center does not help with anything

Bad performance
The app doesn’t run well on my IPhone 14 Pro, and every time I try to browse for new games the app crashes and I would have to scroll all the way to where it crashed. Please fix this issue.
No more turn off auto renew option
The “turn off auto renew” option for PS Plus used to be easy to find on the PS4. Now, the option isn’t available on either the app or the PS5. Now, a user has to cancel their subscription (with no refunds given for the remainder of subscription period). While the end result is effectively the same, this feels intentionally misleading and predatory, especially when users are made to jump through additional hoops to reverse (i.e. CANCEL) transactions they did not intend to make Do better.

Only one thing my brother won’t let me login the bot account so I can’t play in ps4 and ps5 anymore so I’m very sad ☹️

Can’t believe this happened
I’m trying to login but it’s always showing me that my password is incorrect but when I login with the same password in browser or in my PS5 it’s working right !!!

This app is great and everything but there is one small bug is where I'm trying to scroll down to see the captures the app just freezes so does my phone and then I have to close it then open it again also I thing you should add is selecting the game you want to see the captures from and thank you

This app is good, but I hope you can make it so that u can see the trophies of games then this app would be perfection
