Перестал им пользоваться и заменил на ксяоми ( причём очень доволен ) В вояджере много идиотских функций которые нельзя отключить например постоянное проговаривание сколько времени осталось ему в работе , какой телефон подключен и вообще какой он классный наушник - и вся эта бредятина проговаривается прямо во время разговора ( это пиз...ц какой бред ) и ты не слышишь что тебе говорит собеседник . Я как не искал так и не нашёл где отключить эту долбанную функцию - Разработчики вы отстой , поучитесь у других , теперь у меня нет проблем где хранить гарнитуру ( бокс с зарядным всегда под рукой это ксяоми - естественно надо брать самую продвинутую версию ) а Вояджер лежит на полочке хоть и рабочий брать его больше нет желания - да и выглядел он на ухе громоздко - Планктроникс вы отстали от жизни , Позорище какая была плохая гарнитура - постоянно бесило то что она говорит , мне не нужно чтобы кто-то что говорил и мешал мне во время разговора , сами носите этот отстой .

Отличное приложение! Во-первых замена бумажной инструкции, которую большинство не любит листать и чаще всего засовывают куда подальше. Во-вторых классная функция «найти гарнитуру» - за неё отдельная благодарность. Бывает что забудешь куда именно положил или прикроешь сверху диском бумаги и ищешь часами гарнитуру... а эта кнопка спасает 👍

I bought BackBeat Pro 5100 earbuds today and I tried to find the backbeat app. I am deaf in my right ear and was hoping I could find a setting to help me with that but apparently this is the app now? And they don’t even support my device.

The backbeat app i had used was discontinued and no longer available to download. Found this app and that HP bought Plantronics :( alas no support for my headphones and can’t find it in the list of devices. Registered this device and not even an email from HP letting legacy device owners know about the change and their decision to end support, classy move :( Plantronics Hub is useless for iphone. Done with HP and their lack of customer awareness.

I have a plt bbfit3100, and this app doesn’t support it. Not only that, but from I can tell you got rid of the app that did support it. So sick of tech companies doing this. Why remove the app that had support for it if you weren’t going to support it here? I literally just want to connect with my left earbud while my right one charges, but I can’t without using the app.

Used the Backbeat app to configure and update my Backbeat Go headset. Sadly HP killed a great thing and replaced it with this crApp. No support for most of plantronics headsets. Can’t configure the noise reduction settings, the sound mixer, or chose the paired device.

Can’t control any functionality from the app? Maybe I can update it from the app but it’s up to date so not sure. Unclear the point - would be a big benefit if I could configure it.. but can’t?
