On ear status no longer available.
The previous Plantronics Hub app showed whether my Voyager 5200 had an “Off ear” status even when I was wearing the device. In case of such sensor failures the microphone performance deteriorated and resetting the device fixed the problem for the time being. The new Poly Lens app no longer shows the “On ear” / “Off ear” status which is very inconvenient. Please bring this feature back!

Could be better in finding the headset with higher volume

My planteonics Bluetooth voyager headset stopped pairing after a firmware update. The headset is useless now. Highly disappointed!
