Poly Lens Reviews

Have lost all functionality of my BBSense headphones. Surely that can’t be legal?

NZNewsboy on

New Zealand

Headset is still in perfect condition now with a fraction of the functionality.

Could do with some more features

Good app and could definitely come in handy if I lose my head phones however to make it a great app It would need a few more features I.e Equalizer and timed Start stop play so you can set it to turn off after 2 hours eg

Lost headset sonar ping

The lost my headset function is great because you can see it's connected via your Bluetooth but where is it? Love this feature because I've often misplaced it at home or dropped it in the car or between the car & house or left it in a jacket pocket or on my desk under papers. Simple & effective as long as it's switched on & connected to your Bluetooth 👍

Poor n Useless App

Royalpritpal on

New Zealand

Very poor app. Looks too big on iPhone 7 Plus screen. You need to scale app according to screen size. Own Backbeat Pro 2 and can't change any settings via this app. Only search my headphones option works so pretty much useless app.

A great app

Really good at helping me find my headset when I lose it.

Almost useless

Drishmung on

New Zealand

It supports only a couple of models---it *doesn't* support the Voyager Pro---and although it still does things like sound check, it does so little that I don't understand why it's here at all. No "find my headset". No display battery level (unless that's something that appears with a supported model).

Crashes

Krabche on

United States

App crashes every time you run discover. On latest OS and phone.

Doesn’t support Poly Savi 8220

App freezes and does not work with Poly Savi 8220.

Not helpful

I bought BackBeat Pro 5100 earbuds today and I tried to find the backbeat app. I am deaf in my right ear and was hoping I could find a setting to help me with that but apparently this is the app now? And they don’t even support my device.

No support for Plantronics BackBeat PRO 5100

bhochmuth on

The backbeat app i had used was discontinued and no longer available to download. Found this app and that HP bought Plantronics :( alas no support for my headphones and can’t find it in the list of devices. Registered this device and not even an email from HP letting legacy device owners know about the change and their decision to end support, classy move :( Plantronics Hub is useless for iphone. Done with HP and their lack of customer awareness.
