The backbeat go app, which controlled my backbeat go 410 NC headphones, has been removed from the App Store. This purports to replace it, but it doesn’t see the device. All it does is take you to an HP “support” site that could hardly be less useful. I did, however, find a document that lists this app as supporting my headphones. A functional app is required to turn and adjust the noise cancelling.
Maybe the backbeat go app can be returned to the App Store?

I’m connected to my voyager legend Bluetooth headset, the app says I’m not, also rhe smart sensor are turned off and the headset still routes the call randomly to the phone!!

Now if I could just find my phone…plantronics/poly engineers please make that happen with this device. I’m constantly wearing my headset, but lay my phone down all the time, then have to scramble to try and find which cushion it’s under. You can make this product better by figuring how we can home in on the phone from the headset device. I’ve suggested this before with customer support…..and must say it would be a competitive advantage for your product
Latest update broke
Updated to the last ear update and now the app says I am disconnected from headset but it is connected via Bluetooth. Don’t update to this version.
It keeps finding my headset.

It’s okay
Plantronics / Poly and the iPad/iPhone are okay…. The app doesn’t so much and it’s an over glorified BT locator.
Much better on a Win10 desktop.
