After the update , app can’t detect voyager 3200

Can’t configure my voyager 5200 after recent update. The app shows the headphone as not connected despite having it paused and working. Reinstalling app / forget + pair / restarting don’t work. Please kindly fix this.

The app worked fine for 3 days, but then stopped detecting my V5200 headset. Restarting phone, reinstalling app and re-pairing headset didn’t work

The hand free still can answer phone, but can’t call the contact’s name then dial out. Can’t you check and fix it! We are not allowed use the mobile, when we are driving. This is the purpose to buy this unit.

after using the apps.my headset have a nonstop connecting tone when there's a call in or I call out.......I can't answer the phone call.. only can play the game and listen the music...I don't know what're the apps set in my headset...I think it's damage.then I buy a new 3200....but after one month it happen again on my new headset

更新完耳機有什音，好刺耳。

After I have upgraded the app 2 days ago... keep on Dis & Re connnect automatically.
