It's no believable

I have lost my earphones about half year ago, and haven't expected i will found it. Suddenly I've noticed when I come to my room my iPhone's connected to Plantronics plt-m165. In this moment I asked google how I can find my earphones. Immediately I installed this perfect apps and after 5 minutes searching I have found into my small bag. It's no believed . First off all the long life working of batteries, and at the second I've found it. I so thank you. The duo of the best earphones and this apps - beautifully. Today where all products are working only few days this exception make me happy for long time. Thanks for your products and service!!!

Crashes

App crashes every time you run discover. On latest OS and phone.

Doesn’t support Poly Savi 8220

App freezes and does not work with Poly Savi 8220.

Not helpful

I bought BackBeat Pro 5100 earbuds today and I tried to find the backbeat app. I am deaf in my right ear and was hoping I could find a setting to help me with that but apparently this is the app now? And they don’t even support my device.

No support for Plantronics BackBeat PRO 5100

The backbeat app i had used was discontinued and no longer available to download. Found this app and that HP bought Plantronics :( alas no support for my headphones and can’t find it in the list of devices. Registered this device and not even an email from HP letting legacy device owners know about the change and their decision to end support, classy move :( Plantronics Hub is useless for iphone. Done with HP and their lack of customer awareness.

Device not supported

I have a plt bbfit3100, and this app doesn’t support it. Not only that, but from I can tell you got rid of the app that did support it. So sick of tech companies doing this. Why remove the app that had support for it if you weren’t going to support it here? I literally just want to connect with my left earbud while my right one charges, but I can’t without using the app.

Sad to see Plantronics support disappear

Used the Backbeat app to configure and update my Backbeat Go headset. Sadly HP killed a great thing and replaced it with this crApp. No support for most of plantronics headsets. Can’t configure the noise reduction settings, the sound mixer, or chose the paired device.

Poly Voyager Focus 2 - unsure the point

Can’t control any functionality from the app? Maybe I can update it from the app but it’s up to date so not sure. Unclear the point - would be a big benefit if I could configure it.. but can’t?
