I booked packer and movers with advance amount of 1000/- from this app and app self take distance between pickup and delivery house (50 Meter). But when i got call after booking i told to there partner that my old house had distance from parking is 300-350 meter and new house’s only 7-8 meter. He said fare will be increased i said plz than cancel my booking he said call to porter, i did. But they hold me for a day after that they said after 24hours booking charge not we be refundable. I fought with them till 3 days after that they returned me only half money 500/-. Totally I say to all plz not prefer this app for the same.

I booked these guys for movers and packers, the agent increased the amount drastically for just basic things, I was quoted 10k and reconfirmed multiple times with the Porter agent over the ph asking if it’s including clothes etc they said yes but later the guy who came for shifting increased the amount to 14k now with the reassembling of things they broke the ply wood for the bed, my fridge has a lot of scratches, they tore our storage bags too by roughly throwing it in the tempo, even reassembling of bed wasn’t done properly as they have left things undone, they hired someone to install the ac and that guy never installed the ac properly and there has been a leakage since then and im trying to contact them for help but nobody is answering not just that they charged me a fortune for moving.

Extra money charge with low packaging
Just shifted my dining table and chairs with multilayer packing writhing 20 km distance cost 3300. But they multilayer was scam, they charge 800 but did not package well. On top of that I had to pay 1200 extra for package material. Too costly and customer support is waste.

Never use their courier service
Worst service in the entire world. They are not able to deliver the parcel even in one weeks of time. Call Center useless. No one knows anything. Do not waste money and time using Porter services. There is no option to give in - rating. Pathetic and careless people
Broke my monitor in transit
Worst service ever. This guys broke my Monitor screen and now not paying compensation for the damage saying I didnt opt for layer of packing. Why there is option for no layer of packing when you guys are not taking responsibility of any of the goods. Will advise people not to this this app or else you are going to receive all broken items. Careless handling

Not Trustworthy. If you select gold plan. You will be charged 169 in advance. And if book the delivery you will be charged the 169+delivery charge. The porter will collect the same charges. My experience is very worst. I was charged twice for gold plan plus delivery charges. When I contacted the support no response from them.
And received the message that we have contacted several time but you are not available.
Really not trustworthy.
