Useless reply in the chat
My parcel was sent to Denmark from Germany 1 week ago, for whatever reason it is stock in Kopenhagen although the delivery adress is in Skive. There is obviously NO WAY to get hold of anyone in post nord and the chat doesn’t offer any help at all.
Previous app was better
This app is a really bad copy of the well working old app. This version is made for iPhones only and not for iPads. Can‘t recommend…bad design and not very catchy in use.
No support for Norway
Not everyone is joining The Norwegian App Store. Simply hiring the support reflects the service and quality of the company.

Helt värdelös
Står att varan finns på utlämningsställe men varken avi eller kod i appen. Appen är lika dålig som företaget PostNord själv. Antar att ursäkten kommer vara att det är utlämningsställets fel eftersom PostNord ALDRIG gör fel.
