Impossible to chat with a person
Bot will never let you chat with person and only give answers to items on webpage ... Avoid this company at all costs... lost a 350$ package and they don't care

Doesn’t even list Norway or Norwegian as an option for language and region, everything customer service is in Swedish. I’m convinced PostNord forgot Norway is a place at this point. I don’t see a point in even having an app if I can’t even get my package code via the app.
My package hasn’t been updated 4 days. I don’t know where it is
Your delivery is a disaster! I had this whatski shipment shipped out end of May. The delivery was never done because we were at home everytime I got a message that the shipment would be delivered to the house. That’s what I paid for. Then I get a message that the package could not be delivered. That’s your drivers excuse…….we know they always do that since we are not living on a main road. This attitude is terrible! You see and know our address so when you accept home delivery you have to fulfill it. On top instead of leaving it with the nearest Post Nord in Ekerö they sent it to Järälla which is >40km away! Sick!
Had another person who wished me to pick up a package on their behalf use the Identify with MitID function, but just receive “ Unhandled exception” after signing in and entering their CPR number.
Finding it very frustrating that you only get automated responses when you are trying to get something answered. And that you can’t chat with someone in person.
The customer service ignores you for hours, if I could choose a different service I would’ve unfortunately the sender used this. Avoid!!!
If you’re trying to use this app to contact post nord, it is recommended you just cut your losses. They don’t want to help you as evidence by their garbage chat robot, and you will never talk to a real person. Ship with someone else and end up happier, the new post nord slogan
Customer service was completely unhelpful. The app was completely unhelpful. The mailman messed up and couldn’t figure out how to deliver my package so they marked as “return to sender” despite me living in a big city and having received so many packages before at my address with no problems. There was no problem with the address written on the package and no way of fixing it. No way of calling them and the customer service had no other information about what went wrong.
