PostNord - Track your parcels

They keep lying about not finding me home when delivering my packages, this happened consistently five times. There is no way of reaching out to customer service or file a complaint, and the chatbot in the app is garbage. As a customer, I feel disrespected and this awful service is costing me major inconveniences.

those who deliver ring the bell and wait 1 second and leave without giving time to answer the intercom (it's the sixth time this has happened), the app is really poorly made and they don't have an efficient customer help service

My package seems to have arrived in the country on Monday or five days ago and it is not possible to know when it will be delivered. And please stop make people talk with AI they are quite useless still. Maybe one day they will replace us but so far it’s the most frustrating conversation experience.

Can’t believe a service could be this bad honestly. It’s embarrassing. Late deliveries, no accurate tracking, damaged packages… should I continue?!
