Poor quality app, smarmy customer service
I have been able to track items within Sweden using parcelsapp.com & others AND get faster/more accurate results that through the PostNord app. PostNord admit it’s best to track packages with the app after outside postal services say the items have arrived in Sweden. But how can those others provide info about the whereabouts of a parcel/package/tracked item within Sweden if that info isn’t coming from PostNord in the first place? The app is only a reflection of what’s on PostNord’s website according to themselves. Bad service. Appalling customer focus. Dodging questions and fobbing the public off with stock responses. However, to buy a stamp, the app is mostly ok. After that, you’re on your own……
Worst provider ever
I waited 23 days for a package to arrive and it never arrived, the app or the tracking website was never updated and it said the package was still on the way.
I sent an email to the support which I took from their website (they never replied to the email). I contacted PostNord on Facebook and after 2 days they told me I needed to contact the FB page of Denmark which didn’t have a messenger option.
I finally had to contact the company that used PostNord to send me my package and they said the package has been sent back to them. They finally shipped it with another provider and it arrived in less than 2 days. Never ever, ever again will I use this zero quality service in my life.
I wish I could give it zero stars.
