Accessibly good

Clear, smooth, easy to use and nicely designed app. I got all my mail, everything was logged immediately onto the app and delivered very quickly. Thank you for your service.

Absolutely useless

PostNord customer service are rude and unhelpful and make no attempts to help you and explain things.

Customer service? What customer service

The AI chatbot in this app is entirely useless, which wouldn’t be a problem if talking to a human was ever possible. Unfortunately, the queues to talk to a human on the chat are often hours long, and you can’t even close the app on your phone else you lose your place in the queue. Phone lines are open for only 3 hours a day and also ridiculously busy. I don’t know who at Postnord decided that customers don’t matter, but the level of service and customer ‘support’ they provide is so far below unacceptable it beggars belief.

Norwegian localisation removed - only available on the Norwegian App Store.

Disappointed you removed localisation for Norway. It means people who have a main phone with a different localisation (many internationals do) can’t get access to the app. With many paid apps that no longer work when switching stores, it’s not always practical.

Why not in Norway?

This app works in Sweden Finland and Denmark but not in Norway. Keep getting links to “open in App” a post nord link opens in the app but won’t do anything.

No notifications. Not reliable

I have parcel sent from DK which takes normally not more then 4 - 6 days to arrive. The last notification from PostNord is that the parcel left DK almost TWO MONTHS ago and after that nothing. The first thing you see when you open the app is “the parcel is on its way” but not where it is located. They don’t give you an answer or decent customer service unless you are the sender and you wait for minimum longer then one hour and half to chat with them. This app and their service are the worst that I have experienced as client and I’m not the person who gives bad comments or rate company’s with only one star.

Bad app, even worse company

The app is pretty bad but ever using PostNord for any service is just the worst choice you can make.
