this app is so so annoying, it will crash if i keep it open for 2-5 mins?? the filters are so good but this app is very glitchy and annoying, it makes me not want to use it at all

my prequel hasn't been working for the past 2 days, when i want to save the video it loads to 100% and then gets stuck on the loading screen and wont save the video, is this an issue with just my phone or other phones too?
Not downloading
I have just one issue with the prequal app MY phone is a iphone 6 ios 12.5.1 and in ur description it says the app is suitable for ios 12.0 and above and by the way im writing this review from my dads iphone and i think its annoying that i have to ask my dad for his phone download prequal edit my pictures/videos and send them to my phone so may i just know why its not downloading in my Iphone even if i have a ios 12.5.1

i saw an add on Instagram for your app , it was saying how you could make live photo’s into your phone’s background but when I downloaded the app i couldn’t do that? I really like all the affects on this app but did you have to lie?!
