I configured to auto load the card when balance dropped below $20. This has been working for years. All of a sudden, it stopped auto loading and I get a negative balance when I tried to tap and go to work. I had to go to a booth and do manual reload, which made me missed my train. This app is so terrible and seems like every new version breaks something…

I should have read more carefully. No payment available through Apple Wallet. So what’s the benefit? I see my card balance but I can’t use my phone to pay. Coming soon…………………………….really?

I’m looking if how am I put the presto card in my Apple wallet so it was more convenient to use but I don't think it work like that. Every time I go to a trip I need to bring my card and tap it instead of my phone that I am always holding.

I rarely leave reviews but money is involved with this one. Autoload suddenly charged my credit card out of no where at 1:40 am, I got notified through email and it reflected on my cc statement. I have my card with me at home and I haven't used my card for a month. The balance is way above the minimum, so I don’t know what is up with presto.

It is now May 28, now that they say virtual Prestocard for iOS is coming soon, now they just need to tell us what their definition of coming soon is, a month, a year, it’s already been 9 days since the announcement and that a lot longer then what coming sooo is.

I don’t understand all the hate for this app. It works really well for me. It’s quick, intuitive, and can instantly load presto funds using Apple Pay. Only suggestion: It would be nice to be able to use Presto with Apple Wallet to pay for fares.

Update is that there is no update to my original feedback: The fact that I have to input my address every time I go to reload my card, along with other credit info, even though my full details are saved in my account/profile is just unbelievable. Also - how in this day and age is there no apple wallet support or a digital version to scan at the turnstiles. Not to mention the incredible hokey thing of having to hold your card to the back of the phone to load your funds?? Just load the funds immediately upon payment, it can’t possibly be that hard??? Incredibly backwards and delayed but on brand for Toronto transit… Back to say that this app is still hot garbage and if I never had to use it again it would be too soon. Not accepting my credit card details for some reason. Always some new problem and such a hassle to use in every aspect! Annoyed every single time!!!!!!

I’ve been using iphone 8 plus with latest ios available for it i.e. ios 16.7.8 but it shows nfc read error. I can use apple wallet perfectly without any issue in nfc but this app fails to use my nfc.
