Unresponsive
Since the last update I have lost multiple units and can not get Alexa to work with them anymore saying they are unresponsive. Disappointed
It works, but not as advertised
The app regularly logs out of my account. The package says compatible with Siri, but there are no options to integrate with existing iOS software. No Siri, No Shortcuts, No Home. None of the main iOS options that should have access to my Prime outlets work
Useless
Bought outdoor smart plugs at Costco but the app won’t even work. Tried registering two different emails and cannot get a verification code sent to either one of them. Deleting this app and am returning these to Costco.
Can’t find Siri Shortcuts?
I bought smart outdoor plugs and on the box said “add to Siri” I can’t find it option and to try direct to Siri Shortcuts app and the prime wire app doesn’t show at all please update the app

It said it supported Siri but it is not an option in the app.

What is the latest with upgrade to 5 ghz
We had to upgrade our router to 5ghz to get full wifi capacity We were able to use all our app & devices to the 5ghz but NOT PRIME WIRE What is the status with the developer upgrade? Anyone want to buy all my useless 8 devices?
Consistency
Works generally well most time however sometimes when I change or add a schedule it for some reason will do the old one and new one even though the old one is turned off.
Incomprehensible
The app updated and is now worse than useless. The terminology is incomprehensible and rife with spelling mistakes. It now turns on the outlets randomly even though I have the random feature off. What does “circulate” even mean in a timer context? Whoever wrote this code is clearly not remotely competent in English.
