Really enjoyed running this app. Found it very relaxing and the guy talking has a soothing voice. Keep up the great work.
More like a Workshop
This man who does the voice in this "relaxation" needs to chill out. Slow down, put some empathy in his voice. Gee what a waste of money that was. Wonder if i can get a refund?
Fantastic app
The flexibility to have 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes is great. I have a medical condition and need to relax muscle tension. The pace is ideal for me, providing just the right amount of time to breathe and focus on relaxing each body part in turn. Personally I like the voice too. He retains attention even as I get relaxed so that I finish the whole body.

This is not a free app. The free version only sounds a bell, you have to pay for everything else

Need a calmer more soothing voice and slower pace. As a voice-over director and someone who conducted guided body relaxation, I have heard and performed this same exercise done much more effectively. Would not purchase the other longer exercises if same voice is used for them.

App is clunky and only 1 free version. Person's voice is not soothing and no timer on the meditation. Deleting.

Has an instructional sound to it as if being told how to take a test in school 20 years ago. Not relaxing. I deleted.
It works!!!
Although it's not a sleep app, Relaxation helps me to relax so I can easily fall asleep. I like that you can program it for various lengths of time, so you can easily adapt it to the amount of time you have during the day.
All it does is crash.
I downloaded this to do some progressive muscle relaxation but all it does is crash on my phone. The screen shows for about one second and then it's just... Dead. Every time.
