نصيحه لاتتعامل معها لا بالتأجير او تأمين الحمايه الشامله كله كلام فاضي روح لشركة التأجير الام بالمطار واخذ سيارة وتأمين افضل شركة ماعندها مصداقية

They are no honest with customers and didn’t refund your money even if the truth with you, customer service not respected

توجهت الى شركة التاجير وابلغوني بعدم وجود سيارات للتاجير طوال اليوم رغم انني حجزت عن طريق الموقع وان السيارة متوفرة وطلب مني الغاء حجزي عن طريق الموقع وبالفعل قمت بذلك ولكنني تحملت رسوم الغاء رغم ان الغائي بسبب عدم توفر السيارة وليس بسبب خطا مني واطالب بارجاع كامل قيمة الحجز

A company that does not respect or trust its customers. A company that does not have good customer service. Bad. A company that loses its customers and users in exchange for maintaining its relationships with major companies only. The account was deleted and the application was also deleted.

I can’t find mini van for family 8 persons

I payed to rent a car ( thank god it was for one day only ) When i arrived at the airport the company had a problem in thier computer system and told me to get the car from another location ! I am travelling with my family !! So i DIDNOT pickup a car from them ! And I emailed this app company , told them what happened and requested a refund ! Three emails going back and forth between me and this company , to finally tell me to talk to then via the Live Chat . So i did , and after 30 minutes of explaining that ( THERE WAS NO CAR AT THE LOCATION , I DID NOT PICK UP A CAR ) , they gave me a link to a page and told me to click on the ( customer service button ) . There was NO customer service button on that page. So I LOST MY MONEY AND WASTED MY TIME AT THE AIRPORT AFTER A LONG DAY OF TRAVELLING . Defenetely Not using this app again

Very bad chck in ,, no one answers my call frome rental

I can’t use booking app discount. They told me you can use it 👎🏽

I had bad experience with this company from the time of booking where money were deducted from my account but never received a confirmation, and just last minute my flight get delayed and they rejected to keep my booking which is fully paid for more than 2 hours, and asked to amend the booking and pay on the new rate which is 500$ additional than the rent price, I ended up cancelling the booking and loosing 3 days rent.
