Can’t filter number of passenger App always lags (no results found) then I have to close it and open it to find results

very Bad experience, when I reached office to pickup car they requested 2 time double rent fees as blocked amount which was not available with my credit card and I offered him to pay cash or from doubt cards but agency refused and cancelled my booking without any refunds

Usually they have good deals, but if you got any issue, their customer service is useless! I ended up paying more for having to cancel stuck reservation because of technical issues in their own app!

تطبيق جميل و سهل الاستخدام

The worst app and the worst costumer service . I booked a car with them and I paid for it, when I have arrived to the car rental they refused to give me the car due to unreasonable reason (the other car rentals they always rent me) , then when I contacted the costumer service they said go to the car rental and call us to talk to them maybe we will get refund???, I immediately removed the app.

اخر ايجار من موقعكم عن طريق بدجت لم يتم ارجاع التامين اللي اخذوه مني الى الان.

يحولوك على مكاتب اخرى سيئة جدًا وممكن ما تاخذ السيارة بسبب شروط ابدا مهي واضحة والمكتب يحط المشكلة في التطبيق والتطبيق يتهم المكتب و ما تقدر تاخذ حقك منهم اي شركة اخرى في الشارع افضل منهم

مرحبا، من واقع تجربه بعد حجز السياره ودفع المبلغ كامل ارسلو لي العقد معلومات مبلغ الوديعه بالعقد كان 1250 EUR ونو السياره سكودا سيدان بعد الوصول للمكتب طلب الوديعه 1900 EUR قلت له بالعقد من رينتال كار 1250 رفض يقول هذا النظام لدينا + السياره عطوني اقل فئه من نوع تيوتا من الي حجزتها عن طريق التطبيق قلت له السياره غير يقول احنا نعطي سياره مشابهه مو شرط نفس النوع عموما اول مره اجربه في اروبا والحمدلله عدت عل خير المهم التطبيق همه ياخذ المبلغ كامل منك ولا يهمه اعتراضاتك عل التغير عند الوصول.

غير صادقين مع العملاء لم يتم رد مبلغ التأمين الى الان
