Terminal Codes Mixup
In Kuala Lumpur, there are KLIA1 and KLIA2. But in this app, both terminal has been given code KUL and pin pointed to KLIA1. Both terminal separated far away, not to mention if you have big heavy luggage. Please give code to each terminal, not to Country name.
Junk app
do not use this app !! I rented a car but my main driver missed the flight because of the first flight delay, I felt this was a mistake from the airline, I as an additional driver who arrived at the car rental counter was rejected and immediately I contacted rentalcars.com explaining this problem, and rentalcars.com stated I have to make a new order that costs more and the first order will be returned, it turns out it's just nonsense, no refunds at all with a variety of reasons that don't make sense and finally I spend a very big money, I do not recommend using this app, more good directly to the vehicle rental company because it has not been charged upfront, for information I have a good record at rentalcars.com, but I don't want to use this app anymore

New app doesn’t even let me add a booking… I missed my reservation. Why change something that was good?

App is broken
This app used to be fantastic, but since it was taken over by booking.com, they seem to have messed it all up. You can no longer view your upcoming bookings. Even when I try adding a booking manually with my email and booking reference, it doesn't save. So I end up having to trawl through my emails finding bookings.really poor experience. I had to call the call centre for my last two bookings as I couldn't find the email and the girl told me oh yes, it's happens to other customers. Really???
Doesn’t work after update
The app used to work just fine, but after the last update that added “by Booking.com” the “Bookings” tab doesn’t work, it keeps loading until shows “something went wrong”. This means that the bookings I made don’t show up in the app right when we need it the most: during summer.
Great work for bugging it just in time for holidays.
