Full of negative reviews. Check social media out there for those complains to Rentalcars such as trustpilot.com, complainsboard.com and Rentalcars in LinkedIn. I’ve been defrauded by Rentalcars an amount HK$2169.97 I think this company will be gone very soon.
Use another car rental service
They refuse to refund even my flight is cancelled due to typhoon. Feel disappointed to this company so much. You can have a better choice.
Poor experience with this APP
Big problem with the APP, said order was not success and made me placed duplicated orders. finally need to call to CS in UK to cancel the orders, if not, there will be cancellation charges USD230 per order and I will have to pay total USD460. not to use your APP next time, very bad experience. will remind people with the poor experience that I had with your APP.

Rent a automatic car from Easirent through them at Heathrow Airport. They said no automatic car reserved for me and I’ll need to wait 4 hours for the next automatic car comes back. I spent 3 times of price to rent a car through other company. No apologise , no compensation at all. Shame on RentalCar.

The go back button sometimes not work when the location wording too long on the top bar
