Bardzo słabo
Bardzo słaba aplikacja. Nie można zaznaczyć innego punktu zwrotu niż odbioru, problem z wyszukiwaniem państw. Niestety nie jest wstanie zagwarantować podstawowych opcji ze strony internetowej.
Nie wykupywać ubezpieczenia!
Aplikacja oferuje ubezpiecznie auta do wszelkiej odpowiedzialności, którą ponownie trzeba zapłacić w firmie ktora wypożycza auto.

Problem z wyszukiwaniem krajów
Aplikacja jest ok, poza jedną rzeczą. Gdy wchodzimy w wybór kraju wypożyczenia, jedyną opcją na wybór kraju jest przewinięcie całej listy krajów aż dojedzie się do swojego wyboru. Nie wiem dlaczego po wpisaniu nazwy kraju w wyszukiwarkę na górze, aplikacja co prawda wyszukuje wybrany kraj, ale nie da się go wybrać ( po kliknięciu w wyniki wyszukiwania nic się nie dzieje). Jest to trochę uciążliwe, gdy interesujący nasz kraj jest na ostatnie litery alfabetu, bo za każdym razem trzeba „scrollować „całą listę.

As long as everything works as planned, it is a good provider
I used this company multiple times. No issues. Until now. When you have a travel disruption, change plans they leave you with provider by yourself. “Maybe you could try to request”, “if you ask provider they could, maybe issue you a amended invoice”, etc. and no refund for insurance if you finish the rental earlier... It is not my expectation of reliable service, what am I paying for if I have to spend time with all providers myself anyway ? Case is still in progress, so let’s see what happens, but so far information I received from help desk chat was either wrong or very general. They don’t reply to email, and Polish contact phone number does not work. It does not seem like a reliable provider.
Disappointing
I am very disappointed, it the winter I have a car with summer tires. This is unsafe. The worst thing is that I wasn’t informed during booking but only when I was doing pick up. If I want to have winter tires I need to pay extra 20 EUR daily!! Also I always got cheaper car then selected during booking. On the picture you have Jeep and they give you Fiat. I do not recommend to use rentalcars.com!!!!
