Barely working
Does not remember login info. Shows me I have 1 reservation but when one clicks this it requires the reservation number. Or just a blank screen. Pop up about a new version keeps showing up but no new version is available. Very disappointing.
Many bugs
The application doesn’t keep the user session. Every time it needs to re-authenticate. Also, it keeps saying “Update to new version” and it doesn’t let me even see the list of available cars because there’s no update in the App Store. As a software engineer, all shame on Hertz for allowing such amateurism in their service providers.
Not optimised for newer iPhones
App doesn’t display at full screen on newer iPhones (e.g X and above)
This is -5 stars rate
Application made in XIX century, never updated, never worked. How can it be possible to go to the end of reservation process and not find „reserve now” button?! Do you guys know, what you’re doing?! Losing money. Congratulations!
Dissapointing
Function „remember me” for login doesn’t work. Every time launching the App, need to introduce your user/ member data…. And stability is still not solved
I am discriminated by nationality
In my German corporate account Belarus for driving license and passport section removed from drop-down. Being in Netherlands and Poland and having permit to stay I still discriminated by company. Also app interface is very bad.

App closes itself immediately... reinstallation didn’t help

Not working with iOS 13.1.2 ......
