Grâce à Rough Animator, j’apprends l’animation en autodidacte. Comme ça, juste pour le plaisir, je réalise un vieux rêve d’enfant. Les animateurs avancés pourront probablement lui trouver des reproches, mais vu mon niveau, ça me convient parfaitement pour l’instant. Si je devais formuler une critique, c’est le fait que, en mode oignon skin, on ne puisse pas désactiver certaines images pour créer un ou plusieurs intervalles. Il faut obligatoirement que ce soit l’image juste avant, et celle juste après. Dommage…

L’application est très bien, elle permet aux débutants d’entrer dans le monde de l’animation de dessins, les outils suffisent pour créer de belles animations, et la prise en main de l’application est très simple. Je la conseille fortement pour celles et ceux qui comptent faire de l’animation.

I use it to create animated videoclips and it’s really complete and powerful. (Ex : The clip « CRASH » from STKFR » on YT or IG)
It has a lot of features and for those who are use to adobe softwares it tooks the best from them (even do better on some point).
One upgrade who might be very helpful would be to be able to lock canvases.
Another one would be to authorize to put a clip anywhere in the timeline without having to add empty clips before.

### **--- "Brushes importing is not convenient"
It can’t import abr brushes files as photoshop and procreat do, it only take png files as brushes. It means you can not draw special effects lines in this app. But a abr brush converted to png in this app it doesn’t work as how it worked in photoshop, the shape changed. Why can’t import abr brushes. Will this be modified?

Les outils d'anim sont correctes, mais la gestion du stylet (apple pencil ) très très moyenne : Il faut écraser le stylet pour avoir une vague pression, pas de gestion de l'inclinaison. Feeling en dessinant inexistant donnant pas envie d'animer. Il y a bien mieux en appli, même gratuite.

Brilliant app, a kind of portable flash animation tool and actually powerful. All it needs is a wider choice of brushes in my opinion but still 5/5 and I think you can import them anyway. The dev is very attentive to comments and is constantly improving this little gem. (Eg. I made a comment recently on the opacity sliders being a little « sticky » and now they’re fixed - thanks!)

### ***** "C’est de la patate !"
Super appli ! Vraiment intuitive, simple, et complète.
Si l’outil de sélection et transformation pouvais être amélioré pour pouvoir faire de la transformation libre (étirement en perspective, déformation,...) au lieu de juste pouvoir changer seulement l’échelle de l’objet selectionné, ce serait top !
(Un peu comme ce que propose procreate en matière de transformation)
En tout cas merci pour l’appli ! C’est tip-top !

Je suis sur un iPad Pro de 2020, et quand j’appui sur PLAY pour voir mon animation, l’application bug, se bloque sur la première frame et pixelise le dessin.
L’application est donc inutilisable pour moi.
J’aimerais une solution de remboursement.

### ***** "Très bien mais un défaut"
L’application marche très bien et je trouve qu’elle n’est pas limitée.
Elle vaut sincèrement son prix et l’interface et très intéressante.
On peut faire de courtes ou de longues animation et les exportées facilement mais il y a un tout petit défaut:
C’est assez compliqué de rajouter du son si l’on a pas de logiciel on doit passer par Garage Band et utiliser le micro ( en tout cas c’est comme ça que je fait moi )
Mais cette application et ABSOLUMENT GÉNIALE 😁

This app is clearly one of my dearest ones, it’s the equivalent of procreate to me when it comes to animation, i love the clean and simple Interface, though im still lacking two things for now:
1:The abbility to override the color of each layer pixels 
2: A powerful loght table system the allows to move ans transform onion skin drawing or selected drawings, very handy when it comes to making inbetweens ( check clip studio’s light table system) 

Thank you very much for the lovely app! Really looking forward these features or simply how the app will continue to grow hopefully, i definitely recommend the app!

Hello,
Sur un iPad Pro de 4ème generation... toujours limité à 1920x1080... et même malgré cette limite contraignante, l’application plante régulièrement ... les outils sont vraiment limités avec quasiment aucun réglage, autrement dit ils sont pas terrible

I like it, it allows to manage your layers with flexibility. I just experienced glitches and then a crash though, and my file is now corrupted and probably my work is lost. Would love to give it a 5 stars when it gets more reliable.
