Route: Package Tracker

I ordered goods from a company called Renogy. They sent me a tracking number. It directs you to download Route. Route simply doesn’t work, it wants you to use your Apple ID and password, it is a truly horrible app.

US parcels often go through several centers. Your app sometimes considers « delivered » as final stop… and then finishes tracking. I am from Europe and my packages are now described as definitly « delivered » …. in the middle of Illinois. …very far from my home… and I won’t know anymore from the « route » from now.

The Gmail link don’t really work well and they don’t track Amazon outside America. But if I use this application it’s for this so… why do I have put manually some command and why they don’t track Amazon France ? It's exactly the same system. Beside that, the app is okay, even if some tracking don’t work sometime, everything is great about the rest.

Just discovered that application because I bought a tree tent tentsile a d they track order with that application. WHY??? Usually simply put the track number and that s it! You know where is your package. Here nooooooo you have to download the application then to register you need a email with gmail bla bla-bla-bla you spend hours and still no result. I still does not where is the package and how to get to know it. Just don’t use it if you can !!! Why complicated things when they are so easy!

Hi, i’m french so i’m gonna write in French Bonjour, en tant que personne qui commande souvent sur internet pour le travail, ou des choses personnelles, cette application est simplement parfaite, je l’ai découverte grâce à un des commerçants auquel j’ai commandé chez lui et cette application est parfaite… - 1ere chose bien c’est qu’on peut suivre son colis hyper facilement grâce à cette application, on a accès aux courbes du trajets, et nous sommes prévenus par notifications lors de l’arrivé de notre colis à la minute près, pour ma part j’ai été prévenu par l’application de l’arrivée de mon colis avant l’expéditeur, bravo ! - Enfin deuxième et meilleure chose, c’est la simplicité de l’application, facile à comprendre, facile à utiliser, et notamment l’application nous fournit pas mal de détails, même jusqu’au vendeur lui même ! Merci d’avoir lu mon avis et si vous cherchez une application comme celle ci, ne cherchez pas ailleurs et prenez celle ci.. Ilario
