I could not connect the email I order goods with!!! but my gmail connected directly but I never use it!! i give up delete the app

Useless tracking app
I ordered from Killstar and tracked my package via Route App. Poor service from them and got no help when my package got lost simply because they notifyed me that it was lost after I had waited over 2 months for my order! They could not refund me when 30 days had gone by. They have created this system so when a package actually gets lost/stolen they don’t have to refund it. Don’t. Use. This. App.
Unusable with multiple Microsoft accounts
Tried to add my private Microsoft email account but it automatically logs in to my work account. There’s no way to choose which one to log in to.
Doesn’t track
I never get any tracking updates or any other kind of information via this app. All I get is “Waiting for ETA”. The packages don’t show on the map in the app either. Absolutely worthless.

My package just arrived and in the app it hasnt even shipped yet 😸

Not helpful at all
Used to work before, not for all the packages I was receiving but for some, I guess it depends on the company I’m receiving from? I don’t know, but anyway it stopped showing any package whatsoever. I actually don’t need it anymore, uninstalled.
