En voor nóg meer gemak kan Salesforce Authenticator locatieservices gebruiken voor het automatisch verifiëren vanaf locaties die u vertrouwt, zoals uw kantoor of thuis. Sterker nog, Einstein kan vertrouwde locaties voor u opslaan! Dan hoeft u alleen te reageren op kennisgevingen in uitzonderlijke situaties.

Doesn’t remember location setting
“Always approve from this location” checkbox is always unchecked and it never automatically approves as a result. Also quite slow. Especially annoying when you work on multiple instances (for some reason, SalesForce Account Manager requires you to re-authenticate for every single one) and you get automatically logged out after only 15 minutes.
Never remembers location, and why not a standard OTP
I have to manually approve each sign in on my mobile every 15 minutes. I click remember location every single time but it still forgets it 100% of the time. Why not allow other Authenticator apps for OTP? I could use 1Password TOTP or even a Yubikey which would be a lot faster. I really don’t understand why we’re forced to install an app specifically for 1 purpose, and a purpose that doesn’t fully work. This app makes my life harder, not easier.
Need to use it at least 15 times a day
Very annoying that you need to reuse it every 15 minutes of inactivity, even when using the same IP, location, browser an device. When working on multiple instances, each instance requires again the app. All other apps/companies that require 2-step authentication have a smoother experience. Come on guys, it’s 2020, you can do better.
