SAP Concur

With every update the settings change. Instead of creating receipts it creates expenses. The accuracy of scanning keeps deteriorating with every update - go figure.

Great app, but can no longer add comments…

I’ve used this for years. When it asked me to enable the expense assistant I thought it would be great. It made a mess of my claim and I spent ages fixing it. Wasted more time than it saved. The problem is my finance dept work off billing date, not transaction date. And they only include up to the 28th of the month. I like the idea of this, it just needs some configuration to account for different company rules.

Hi I can’t seem to upload receipt's from a mobile device correctly ? Keeps coming up as loading error. Have tried numerous ways however no success. Seems like an App issue ?

SAP concur has had its problems that can be attributed to the SAP concur team’s very poor initiative to progress claims as they should be. It is inexcusable and needs to be addressed. The SAP concur system also makes receipts disappear and no one can give an explanation as to why they do.

The mobile app is just too slow to react

Easy to use and reliable.

Does not recognise local time zones. If I submit a receipt in the morning in an Australian time zone it is rejected as being in the future. I’m not in the future, the apps servers are in the past.

For such a widely used Expense and travel application, its amazing how much it crashes, fails, or at the moment just doesn’t actually work.

Absolute trash ap. God how I miss FlexiPurchase. Even before FlexiPurchase at an old job that required us to save and submit hard copy receipts wa better than this pile of dog poo ap.
