Not effective nor efficient . Huge quantities of time inputting expense data and with lots of errors. For travel, seat selection still does not work. Expensive phone call to concur to book a seat and often it isn’t even booked. Many of my colleagues experience similar frustrations with concur. Would like to move to an alternative

Possibly the world’s least loved platform. Slow, terrible UX, clunky, feels like 1996 just called and asked for their platform back. Do you Concur?

Great app but i need to open, close then re-open to access the app every time.

The option to add the address of hotel or airport name is not visible at all. Tried both light and dark mode. What is the whole point of the app then if I had to open my laptop and SAP Concur to do the booking. Poor experience and the app not recommendable.

Hi Team, The latest iOS update, is not giving us an option anymore on iPhone or iPad to upload an image / photo of a receipt to an expense item or to allow replacement/add function of a new receipt to this expense line item. Please look into this and issue an update to the app, thanks. G
