Hotel expenses nightmare, itemisation nightmare, attachments nightmare, sending digital invoices there, i cannot find them. Im pushing expense reports in two months cycles even my finance team is chasing me for it every month. It is just too much hassle
No real support, two-factor authentication doesn't work, app is useless on such condition
Hotel booking experience is close to zero. Not usable. It is much better to use normal booking apps.
After last actualizatoin this app can’t reach itinerary. I can’t understand, why they do changes, when everything is without problems… Maybe they don’t know this: Everything working correctly? SO DON ´T TOUCH THIS
There is simply NO WAY for 4,7 rating for this app. I know too many people (dozens) who just HATE all the Concur stupid idea of making employees being accountants, but do not know any single one who like it. Including top management. Maybe (MAYBE) if we would be forced to do only reporting, but we must also plan and purchase all our tickets, hotels, car retals through this and it is simply bad. And then? My travel expenses were done by me on the 1st day after return and the proceed and paid within next day. Now? As I as techniciam must wait for all the payments will be proceeded, take care of all the numbers, then fight with the fact the scanned bills does not appear in pc version of Concur... just give me a break. There is boiling oil bath waiting for whoever got this idea first in the hell!!
very handy app thank you. It’s much more comfy to put business travel stuff here than in the desktop hell in my office.

After latest ios update it does not work.
This is the most hassle free claims submission I have ever had. I don't need to keep the paper copies of the bills anymore, no scanning, emailing, uploading to system. I didn't even need to enter bill details, just click a picture and the app does all that for you. I am very impressed with the UI and the ease of usage.
