Receipt won’t sync with webpage
Receipt uploaded through Concur webpage will NOT sync onto mobile app automatically. I discovered this the hard way when I submitted my report through phone after uploading receipts with my corporate laptop.
The worst product ever
As an pro UXer with 7 years experience, this is the worst product I ever used. Could you just please hire some good product and UX ppl to improve the thing you offer to corporates? Do you know you are wasting ppls time??🙄️

Please improve the camera function
I like this tool, very convenient. But!!! The camera function that auto cut the edge of (receipt) picture get worse than prior version.

更新後要拍照經常無法對焦抓取邊緣，要嘗試很多次！更新完後才出現的問題！建議儘快改善

Increase the reporting time to keep up with the difficulty of use
拍照擷取功能壞掉了
原本拍照收據可以自己選擇範圍 現在只能自動 但是自動根本選不準 這樣怎麼使用阿 伺服器慢就算了 現在還把功能取消掉
