Yes, Smart Printer is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Smart Printer legit?
🤔 The Smart Printer app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Our R&D team is currently working on a fix which will be provided in the Concur app version 10.14, yet to be released.
For now we have a temporary work around while R&D fix the issue. Sharing the steps as below for reference:
1) Log in to the app but refrain from opening any reports.
2) Tap on your initials which can be seen in the upper right-hand corner (iOS).
3) Proceed to 'Settings'.
4) Tap on the 'ExpenseIt' toggle to disable

SSO doesn’t work
No matter what type of SSO login you choose, the application will return to startup login screen when you leave the application to get the SSO code. A deadlock which makes it impossible to log in.
Slow
It is slow to start up. The app.
Used to be good
But now they have added that concur guesses on mailed receipts, since it guesses wrong over 90% of the time I don't really know why they implemented it but it creates alot of extra work to adjust everything.
ExpenseIT
The new expenseIt option is horrendous
Beautiful but horribly unusable
After the last major update the user interface has been revamped and it looks great. Unfortunately this har resulted on the app becoming horribly slow, it takes quite often several minutes to register an expense. The authentication process seems to be the major issue. I’d rather have an ugly interface and responsive app rather than what this has turned out to be. Several of my colleagues have voiced the same opinions.
