Delayed processing
Worst customer service of all time. Agreed time for Concur Audit is 3 days, even after 31 days my expenses are pending concur review. Every time they come up with new excuse. Just absolutely low class service.

Concur is easy to use application. It saves much time for an employee as well as his manager for different claims and it's approval process. Some improvements are suggested here: 1. Authorization request can not be generated via mobile app. 2. Authorization request approval can not be seen in mobile app. These two features are recommended to be added in mobile app.
